Sorry guys i found the problem and it was not opera it was AMD Adrenalin and it was on a very old version of it and the mouse looking in place was probably because of the game running in the backround thinking that i was curently useing it
I am sorry if i had you guys worrying or stressig over nothing

i uninstalled it now i hope that it doesnt happen again

i went to my mods and found the mouse overlay still being there eventough i had deleted or deleted it and deleted it from there too i hope this works

@leocg i did after this has happened but it still crashes

i dont know what happened but after i downloaded a mouse overlaymod from the gx corner opera just frezzes my mouse and when i do ctrl shift win and b my pc crashes pls help i dont want to lose my pc to a download of 700kb
