Built-in reader mode

I did manage to find a way to set a minimum font size, but I had to do that by tweaking a file in the profile. There really should be a way to do that easily.
There's a setting for it.
Not in Mac Opera.

I tried the reading view in Microsoft Edge and was pleasantly surprised by it... There are some extensions for this but none of them work nicely, at least the few I tested. I tried to like Instapaper and while it's nice, I can't be bothered to go to a separate service to read stuff from the web. So, +1 on the built-in reader mode for Opera.

+1. Really surprised this isn't in Opera already actually given its pretty rich feature set elsewhere.

@treego As I said, I'd rather not have to rely on an extension. I use Mercury Reader only because Opera doesn't already have the feature built-in, like other browsers have.

@cynical13 Fair enough, I find "Reader View" works just as well as the built-in reader with Vivaldi and Firefox, though.

@treego Palemoon is alright. Its engine goanna is good. but i prefer opera as it has builtin vpn plus native adblocker. Opera's dark theme is more aesthetic and pleasing to look at.
