Browser jumps between Spaces on startup (v130)

Hi,

I'm experiencing an annoying issue with Opera Spaces on startup.

Setup: I have two Spaces, each with pinned tabs.

Every time I open the browser, it rapidly switches back and forth between Spaces while restoring the pinned tabs. It only stops once everything is fully loaded.

Expected behavior: the browser should open in the last active Space without switching.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create two or more Spaces
2. Pin one or more tabs in each Space
3. Close and reopen the browser

Opera version: 130.0.5847.92
OS: Windows 11
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?
