Opera Sync No Longer Working

So before I start I've reached out to Opera support directly well over a week ago but have got squat back besides a ticket number so I've decided to make this post in the forum instead of hopes someone can help me.
Basically Opera Sync is no longer syncing my bookmarks between my devices (Dell XPS & Pixel 7 Pro). It seems to update the name of the folders (if I rename a folder) but isn't actually syncing the new bookmarks that I've added (very strange).
I've tried connecting via Flow but I'm given the 6 digit code on my mobile with the message "proceed on your desktop" however nothing on my desktop appears except the 'Sync data' page which does nothing.
My Pixel 7 Pro is also listed in my "Other Speed Dials" but the actually bookmarks that are on my speed dial aren't there (folder is empty).
I really don't want to have to do a fresh install of Opera as it will be a real pain to get everything how I like it again. Any advice?

Desktop: Dell XPS, Windows 11 Build 22631.3447, Opera 109.0.5097.45Mobile: Google Pixel 7 Pro, Android 14 (March 5th Update), Opera (April 8th update)

I'm using Opera from 2003...
For more than a year there are serious problems about synchronization between Windows & Android version of Opera!!
But i don't see the developers to make any effort to fix these problems!!
I almost disappointment about the develop of Opera browser...
It was a perfect browser... -
