Opera just bricked my entire computers Internet connection. I can't use anything.

Im just minding my business and get this message

"No internet

mind you, I hadn't changed any settings in opera in days.

I tried doing what they said, didn't do anything. I tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 , then 1.1.1.1 , didn't change anything

I uninstalled opera and now I can't do anything on my computer. literally every single browser, app store, anything that uses Internet connection is completely unusable. how does a browser do that?
