Video Lag When Playing Games

I have 3 monitors, two are 60hrz and one is 144hrz and when I play a game on my 144 hrz monitor my video lags on my 60 hrz monitor. My guess is the video tries to sync up with the 144hrz video while still on my 60hrz screen. I know this is on every browser but I was wondering If its fixable or if its something Windows need to fix. When I switch all of my monitors to 60hrz the bug goes away, but I dont want my 144hrz monitor to be capped at 60 the whole time when I want my higher frames in games. Its just a whole mess I have no idea how to fix.

@nebulaeted What has this to do with opera ?
I'm guessing it is a video driver issue so try updating them.
or are you saying it only happens when opera is opened on other monitor ? -

@ceedee i don’t need a graphics card update or any update for the matter, I’ve had this issue for years on multiple different computers on multiple different browsers. I know I have a good enough system, 32gb ram, ryzen 7 5800X3D, and a rx7700xt. I shouldn’t have any issues, so it’s definitely a browser issue and yes it only happens when I put browser on my other monitor that is 60hrz while my main is 144hrz. I found on a forum that it only happens when you have monitors that are two different refresh rates, but my experience with coding, it should be fixable it just seems like when you change your browser to the lower hrz monitor it still tries to play in 144hrz so it’s just choppy. It has nothing to do with me and everything to do with the browser. Only issue is it’s on ALL browser that’s why I was asking if it’s possible to be fixed, if not then why have a browser at all?

@nebulaeted Maybe I am misunderstanding . All I can say is, my system has 2 monitors, one runs at 240hz and other at 72hz and I don't see any slow downs of the way you describe. I have an Nvidia card, you have AMD I believe so I still think it is a video driver issue , not an opera issue, as you also say it is an issue that happens on all. But maybe I'm wrong It wont be the first or last time.
