I'm having an inconvenient issue, I've had it forever as far as i can remember, its hard to put into words but ill post a couple examples and do my best.
These are 2 screenshots i took, now the blue dots i drew are my cursor's actual position, and it acts as my mouse is like 3 inches to the left. (windows screenshot hides mouse) sorry for not phrasing it better, any help would be greatly appreciated, i don't want to switch back to chromeWindows 11, 4k tv ; scaling 250%, rtx 2070, i5 9600k asus motherboard

Potential causes include scaling, graphics drivers, and third-party apps. Solutions include checking scaling, updating drivers, disabling third-party apps, adjusting mouse settings, and changing registry values. You can also try different mouse or display to diagnose the problem.
