Is this what the sidebar is supposed to look like?

Using opera one i've noticed the sidebar looks very strange to me. Im new to Opera so maybe this is what is intended, but for me it isnt super egronomic.

Is there some way to rearrange the icons and remove the huge gaps on the sidebar that im missing?

@zpeters As far as I know, the separation between the sections is intentional.
