Does "Sort by" work for this forum?

Does "Sort by" work for this forum?

If I go from "Newest to oldest" to "Oldest to newest" I do get older posts at the top but either way the order is sorta scattershot. Yeah you get generally older or newer posts at the top depending on the choice but after that there is not much order. Any way to fix this?

@orshee It seems to be working here. There are steps to reproduce the problem? What is expected to happen and2 what is in fact happening?

Steps to produce problem: set "Sort to" to "Newest to oldest"
What I expect is the newest post at the top and each one after that to be progressively older.
What I get is: the pinned post at the top and the ages of the following posts after that are:
5 days
15 hours
2 hours
6 days
3 days and so on.
That's not progressively older.

Why did this thread get moved and where was it moved to?

@orshee You need to look at the date and time of the last post on the topic. A Topic created one month ago whose last reply was 10 hours ago will be newer than another topic created a week ago with the last reply have happened a couple of days ago.
