Change the workspace icons look

The fact that the workspace icon highlight its a big, rounded-corner square with a solid color makes it look out of place to me and drives my attention to it more than I would want to, I would rather it be just the outline of a rounded-corner square, I think that would be a design improvement, but of course, that could just be me.
