Opera GX on Windows slow download speed.

Hello, fellow opera users.
I have a problem with my download speed, basically everytime I try to download any kind of file, on any site, it dowloads at a slow speed, even when my download speed is normally around 70mbs/s.
For example, I am trying to download a mod for dark souls 3, a 5.6GB file.
I used Ookla's speedtest, and it says that I have a 78mb/s, but the download is going at 2mb/s Maximum.
Is there any fix to this?

@gendofr 90% of the time, there's nothing wrong. Reaching your full internet speed when downloading something from a web site will always be an exception, since most sites limit the download speed.

That said, check if VPN isn't enabled by chance.
