Opera Max doesn't work on Samsung Tab A 9.7 LTE

Hi there. I'm a happy user of Opera Max on my Samsung S3 and my Star N8000 Samsung Note clone. Since I updated my Samsung Tab A 9.7 LTE on Android 6, I can't work with it . It says that a connection is not possible, because background data is not active. After the update I didn't change anything and in the background data menu everything seems disabled like every app is allowed to use background data.
I also use Opera mini, Youtube, Skype and Xabber. They all work but not Opera Max, so I guess it's a compatibility problem.
How can I solve this problem?
