Bookmarks Bar - show/hide keyboard shortcut toggle

It would be great to be able to show/hide the Bookmarks Bar in Opera 21, similar to the CTRL+SHIFT+B toggle shortcut in the Chrome browser.
Yes, the Opera Bookmars Bar can be switched on and off in 'Settings', by selecting the 'Show Bookmarks Bar' option under 'User Interface'. This needs a press of Alt+P and then scrolling down the Settings/Browser menu to tick/un-tick the box.
A single-action toggle, such as the Chrome browser's Ctrl+Shift+B gives instant control over the bookmarks bar - allowing instant extra space for webpage display (and also speedily hides the bookmarks bar from prying eyes looking over your shoulder).
I have searched Opera extensions and Chrome store, without success.
If the Chrome browser can do it - then why not Opera 21?!

The Opera browser is not the Chrome browser. If it's a Chrome extension that permits the toggle, then you could install the extension in Opera, as long as you have the Opera extension, called, Download Chrome Extension. If the feature for toggling is in the Chrome browser itself, then that's a problem. It doesn't carry over to being a feature of Opera. Perhaps, make it a wishlist feature in the forum (for such features). It's a more minimalist display of the browser if we can hide the bookmarks bar. And if you have a vertical display of the bookmarks via a bookmarks extension, there's less reason to want the bookmarks bar showing, unless it's too help in the taking of a bookmark.
Still, though it's not perfect, the Alt P action and unchecking or checking the box is pretty easy.

lem729,
Thanks for your comment.
I have posted my request for a bookmarks-bar show/hide toggle to the Opera suggestions box, as you suggested. -

I second the request. I don't know where the suggestions box is, but I will try to find it.

I'm with mb on this one. I've added your suggestion in the Suggestion Box since I was unable to find where you did this on June 3rd.
kc0886... just scroll down from the Overview to the Suggestion box and you'll find the thread there.
