The Opera Translator is not really working

I'm having an issue with Opera GX Translator website doesn't translate text properly. It detects the language but doesn't actually translate it, or leaves the result partially untranslated. This only happens on Opera GX on Windows 10 — it works fine for others or on my other devices.
I've already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Clearing cache and cookies
- Incognito mode
- Disabling all extensions
- Forcing desktop view
- Testing in a guest profile
Nothing worked. I also attached a screenshot showing the issue.
Could this be related to Opera GX's built-in translator?
