My Flow Doesn’t Work

I have an mac and IPhone. I tried to contact them with my flow but I get same answer everytime. “Connection Failed, Please try again.” I checked blogs and I tried every way but It doesn’t work. What should I do?

P.s: I am getting this message after scanning 30-45 seconds later
