The Opera website has been down for a week. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

No page starting with "opera" works. For example "opera.com/help"
Error 429, too many redirects.
If the address is written in the opposite format, for example help.opera.com, it works.
So show me the link that works, because all the addresses on the site are not working. So you can't even send an error report.

@swar666 I used the regular www.opera.com.
Try disabling extensions.

@leocg In the VPN settings, changing country had no effect. Just like when I turn off the VPN. However, I tried to add the language specification after the address, because the language setting sometimes flashes here.
If I type www.opera.com/de or www.opera.com/fr - I get pages in German or French.
If I write www.opera.com, usually only /cs is added and the site is unavailable.

@leocg I tried to report the error on the only available page - opera.atlassian.net, I get a query number, but nothing comes to the mail anymore. You simply cannot call technical support or a functional website.

@leocg Can someone please respond and forward the error description to Opera technical support? I can't report a bug if I can't get to their site!
When I do it via help.opera.com, I get a warning that I'm using the wrong platform (report from mobile about PC) and when I use the mobile version of Opera, the question is accepted, numbered and the details are said to have been sent to my email. But there is no mail or junk in it. So the question/answer is lost.
So how do I report a bug...?
