Username Changes - Why?

Why aren't users able to change their usernames on Opera? Is there some reason the devs aren't implementing a way to change usernames?

@angeldustt640 Moved from the Appearance forum, as I can't think of a connection between appearance and username.
Are you referring to username in the contexr of Sync, this forum, or some other username I haven't thought of?
