[Request]Sidebar icon at the top like the standard Opera and GX

I would like the sidebar icon to be placed at the top like the regular version/GX.

This is the suggestion that was posted in the Japanese forum.

The sidebar icons are placed at the top in standard and the GX, but at the center and bottom in One.

When browsing, I usually move the cursor near the top, so the sidebar icon is at the top so the distance to move is less.

even worse....

if you need to do some UI changes, evolve, dont do revolutionary changes

or add something into right lower corner...
