  @celticcross It seems that it had nothing to do with Opera directly, but was happening because of a conflict on my Apple devices that affected Opera as well.

  After updating the browser, the video started to freeze. It's like they're breaking into stripes and out of sync with each other.

  After enabling hardware acceleration in the settings, everything became normal. But the scrolling started to freeze. Simple scrolling works smoothly, but if you press the middle button and scroll in this mode, it often jerks, as if stuttering

  I found a similar topic on the forum, but there were no answers there.
  In Microsoft Edge all this works fine.

  Аналогично. Глобальное обновление это какой-то брак просто. Убил тучу времени все объединил в Острова, потом зашел и вижу - все разгруппировано обратно.
  Потом решил все поделить на тематические Пространства. Пооткрывал в них кучу вкладок, с трудом все искал, сортировал. Захожу однажды и вижу, что в последнем открытом Пространстве открыта лишь одна вкладка. Все остальные бесследно исчезли. И так 2 раза. Это я даже не знаю какими словами это обновление обозвать. Лучи поноса в адрес тестеров и разрабов, вот и все что тут скажешь. А до этого всю жизнь пользовался Оперой без проблем.
