Opera just asks you to install the "Install Chrome Extensions" extension when it detects a Chrome web store extension page. You then tell it to install and it will. When it's done installing, it'll refresh the page and it'll then say "add to Opera" on the page for the extension you want to install.
If you're not getting asked to install the extension, you can manually install it from <https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/install-chrome-extensions/ talktosonic>.
thank you so much for reply...

RE: Installing Chrome extensions in OperaOpera for Windows
Installed 'Opera for Linux' from Web, but Opera appears as "Uninstalled" in Software ManagerOpera for Linux
I installed "Opera for Linux" from the web. During the installation, I was asked if I wanted to include Opera in future updates, to which I answered 'yes'.
Now, when I go to Administration > Software Manager > Internet, Opera appears without the checkmark, which tells me that Opera is not installed!
What happened? Can I fix this?
