Насколько я знаю Нет! Картинку выбираешь при добавлении странички в закладки из предложенных. На англ. ветке писали что-то похожее,но воз и ныне там...

В настройках VPN поменяйте адрес сервера с "Оптимальное местоположение" на Европа или Азия. Иногда помогает.

@alexdc Это не гадость(ненавязчивая реклама), бесплатному браузеру надо на что то жить.
