You're a star and I'm kicking myself. Both sites had a single character saved as a password which I've now deleted and all works fine., Many thanks. Simon.

RE: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROROpera for Windows
All the settings you mention appear to be normal defaults, no VPN. This error arose of it's own accord - as far as i know I haven't done anything but it coincided with a browser upgrade which now causes the screen to dim when typing.. The log doesn't appear to say much. Did I do it right please?

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROROpera for Windows
I've suddenly started getting this error every time I try to access

Works fine in Chrome. Have cleared cache. Any suggestions please? -

[Solved]Problem entering data into text boxesOpera for Windows
Windows 10 Opera version 65.0.3467.48
This problem occurs on two bank account sites, First Direct and Yorkshire BS, both of which require specific password characters to be entered into boxes. When the page appears in Opera, as shown in this screenshot, the first character has already been spuriously filled with I know not what and the cursor is in the second character position, Any attempt to place the cursor back in the first box appears to work but always gives gives a password error. It works correctly in Chrome but I have not found any way to log into these sites using Opera..

Problem Entering Data into FormsOpera for Windows
I've been an Opera fan for years but have recently been forced to abandon it in favour of Chrome for accessing two bank websites, Yorkshire Bank and First Direct. These both require specific password characters to be entered into boxes and the data I enter gets garbled in some way and doesn't work. This is, of course, a killer because these are passwords. As I said, it all works fine with Chrome. Am I the only one who has this problem?
