Background:
I'm currently in Asia on vacation and I set up VPN to EU. Reason is laziness of Banggood web shop and understanding that if I change "Ship to" they have to act according to that and not use IP address 
Real problem(Opera VPN):
Opera use IPv6 and it was placed in Sweden(EU) what is good, but the problem is IPv4 which was set in Pakistan! Since I last time checked world map Pakistan was not in EU!
Why is IPv4 was set outside EU? Bug or lack of geography knowledge?
