Hello, I downloaded a file in the Opera browser once. But now the file downloads automatically every time Opera is started and I don't know why. It just downloads by itself every time. I want to prevent that because it's annoying. Do you know the cause and how to get it away?

Hallo, ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass immer wenn ich etwas in Opera downloade, immer in der Taskleiste das Opera Symbol rot angezeigt wird. Jedoch ist der download nicht fehlgeschlagen. Weiß jemand warum das so ist und ob etwas mit meinem PC falsch ist?
