Opera is showing the wrong time. I don't know why, but Opera is using GMT -02:00 as you can see on the below picture and my system (Windows 10) is set to GMT -03:00. Brazil doesn't have DST this year.

I have the same problem. I have tested other browsers like IE and Chrome and the time is correct. I have updated Opera to last version and the issue persist. The timezone of my computer is right, (GMT -3:00).
