This does not alter the font if it's defined by a custom CSS in the website. You can disable this in firefox, but Opera does not offer this?

Force usage of a fontOpera for Windows
I am trying Opera at the moment. What I absolutely dislike is the blurred and ugly fonts, it uses.
In Firefox, I can force the usage of a specific font (I use Arial) and thus turning of rendering, anti-aliasing etc. See screenshot!
In Opera, I just can't find any knob to turn. The websites are rendered butt-ugly. See second screenshot.
What's the correct way to disable all this stuff and use one specific unrendered font?
RE: Disable website fontsOpera for Linux
Gustavwiz, thank you, finally making progress!
Unfortunately, the font is not recognized, maybe you have a hint, how to tell my browser to look for a font in a specific directory?
Disable website fontsOpera for Windows
I repost my question from the *nix forums here, as I still hope to resolve my question and *nix seems to be a bit orphaned
I would like to disable all font-rules and display all webpages with one single font I declare. Firefox let's me do this easily and I think Opera could do this via Author mode, which is not existent anymore.
Is there some more configuration beside the basic settings menu?
RE: Author modeOpera for Windows
Just to understand things right:
Opera switched the core rendering engine to a new technology two years ago and there is still no updated documentation?
Author modeOpera for Windows
I would like to use/switch to "Author Mode", where did that feature go in Opera36?
Also, bit ot, but: I found the help pages which show version 12 to be current. Is there any reason why there hasn't been any documentation update for ages?
Disable website fontsOpera for Linux
I configured my system (i3) to use only a Terminus font with disabled antialias. This works pretty well, but I can't disable fonts defined by the websites, as I can do this with firefox.
Can somebody hint me on how to force all websites to display in Terminus font, instead of the fonts defined in CSS?
