i only installed this Opera Dev Portable 64 bit v66.0.3480.0 recently
and it may be off topic but it solved my login problems too !
i can now sign in to opera forum in Regular Mode And Or Private Mode !

i guess when The stable catches up to chrome version 79 it will work right..
