RE: Overlay Scrollbar VS Native ScrollbarOpera for Windows
@zalex108 Yes, 64.0.3417.92.
@leocg Already exists: Here and here, and you are right this will not come back, but why not keep up in Opera? This is my question and observation... Chromium is one open project (sometimes) but it seems that the community does not choose anything else but google that chooses arbitrarily. This is sad, very sad.
PS: If you try in the most recent Chromium version (79.0.3945.117) shotcut this argument:
chromium --enable-features=OverlayScrollbar,OverlayScrollbarFlashAfterAnyScrollUpdate,OverlayScrollbarFlashWhenMouseEnter
This work, but it is not the same with Opera.. -
RE: Opera lock up randomly every 5 to 10 seconds (66.0.3515.27)Opera for Linux
Yes, this is happening to me too in Manjaro Arch Linux , Opera Version: 66.0.3515.27.
I downgraded to 64.0.3417.92 it looks more stable.
This problem is old to me, older versions have issues in taskbar too.
Seem like something about the extensions but I think this is more about Opera then it... -
Overlay Scrollbar VS Native ScrollbarOpera for Windows
I believe a recent problem with Opera 66.0.3515.27 was the removal of the #overlay-scrollbar flag.
This flag is simple and minimalist. It makes the screen more pleasant.
If any developer of this software is reading what the community recommends, maybe putting the flag back in the new version would be very interesting to all.OverlayScrollbar tag Native Scrollbar Just because it doesn't stay on the screen and disappear after a period of inactivity makes it much more efficient to use Opera with that flag...
I compared version 66.0.3515.27 to 64.0.3417.92, the old one is better.

Overlay Scrollbar Removed??Opera for computers
What do you did guys? Why? This flag is the best one, and If you are tring to be better then chrome firefox and edge, I think you have to keep the best functions of chrome not simple copy they steps.
Someone tried some solution to enable again?
I tried in command-line (linux/unix) =opera --enable-features=OverlayScrollbar,OverlayScrollbarFlashAfterAnyScrollUpdate,OverlayScrollbarFlashWhenMouseEnter
Don't work but in Chromium works...

Search Bar freezes randomlyOpera for Linux
Opera freezes every time when I search in adreess bar, the issue is random
I already tried:
- Disable "better-adress-bar"
- Disable all extensions
- Disable all flags It were enable
- Upgrade to: 62.0.3331.18-1 (It got worse)
- Downgrade to:
60.0.3255.170 (Same)
60.0.3255.109 (Same)
60.0.3255.95 (Little better but the issue persists)
58.0.3135.127 (Little better then previous version but the issue happens periodicly)
58.0.3135.47 (Better then others, but this version is too old and I don't want older version)
In this point I thought the problem gone, but in rare cases the opera 58.0.3135.47 freezes in New Tab, or when I copy and paste some link in adress bar. This version is more light then the newer versions, and my the pages and videos load more fast, but have security issues and this irritant problem..
Someone can help me?
Someone have the same problem? This is official package of arch linux and manjaro community (pacman)
My system is: Manjaro 4.19.56-1
