Once it is hovered the menu button in Windows 10 turns white and with the white text ... becomes unreadable. On Linux it doesn't do this.

Tested on Laptop with i3 and desktop with i7 -7th gen greatest CPU. Both speed dial loadings were equally slow. Having used Opera for a while I didn't expect it to behave this way but it does. I didn't find a fix. Maybe I will. Or maybe they will fix it...

If you have downloaded it from Chrome web store it does that. On the Opera addons (it is there) it works good.
