On the same note, I'm having the same issue on different PCs, were I also use Opera.
This happens also on another PC where I'm using Opera as well. Basically, the file gets to 100% and doesn't complete.

That. Just to reiterate, this is the issue with Opera on different PCs, and not with just the above-linked URL, but with larger files in general.

Didn't work for me. Fresh Opera installation on fresh OS installation has the same issue.

I've enabled Flow to be synced—along with passwords, bookmarks, history and open tabs—but when I open Flow on my PC, it gives me option to connect via QR code. If I do that, which happened to me before, I would loose all my Flow information, and start from scratch. How do I solve this? Why Flow doesn't sync, even though I enabled it?
