The best option would be to move that flag to settings, but... we'll see.
I understand the intention of combining that sidebars, but the "combined sidebar" doesn't even have a shortcut! Just to switch that sidebar on/off I have to 1) go to Settings 2) type sidebar 3) click Sidebar manage 4) click on a switch - that's ridiculous, right now I just click Ctrl+Shift+S
The second problem - the "combined sidebar" has very big min-width and it decreases the important place for tabs (headers) or float over them

#sidebar-extensions-in-browser-sidebar
thanks, you are a lifesaver! now I disabled and extension-sidebar is the same as before
I don't like the merge of that sidebars, since I don't use the main one (it's just not good for me) -

@kirilkov Do you have "Show tab preview" enabled in Settings? If yes, then try disabling it and testing. If problem doesn't occur anymore, then I have a similar bug and they said it is already fixed internally.
looks like this helped. waiting for the fix! thanks

I would suggest, the Opera extension called Zoom Slider. Been using it for years. It's never failed me.
This extension just shows or set the zoom set by Opera. But this does not fix the problem itself

Website Custom ZoomOpera for Windows
I have site zoom=90% in settings. Recently it started not working properly (first in Opera beta, so I ignored), but now in Opera Stable (54.0) too.
The page is set as 90% zoom, but actually it displayed as 100%, so I need to press Ctrl++ (zoom is set to 100% and the page did not increased) and then Ctrl+0 (zoom is set correctly to 90% and the page view synchronized with it.)It's difficult to reproduce it, because the problem appears once in 20 times.
