Hi, I don't use Chrome browser, however, the page does scroll when using Vivaldi. When using FireFox I can tune using the mouse wheel without the page scrolling.

Hi, I think I have found the problem, it is to do with Virgin Media UK and their on-line "Child Safe Setting" I have turned this off and have Opera's VPN working. (no children in this house) I had to do the same with Virgin Media on-line Antivirus if this was turned on I could not get Linux OS to connect to the internet.

If you're using Win 10 you should be diverted to Settings/Default Apps. Look for Browser and select Opera. If you are not automatically diverted, hit Win-I for settings, then select Default. There's probably a way for the Opera developers to make this happen automatically, but they haven't done it yet.

Try copying favorites * .*

However, be warned that this is not recommended.

Check at opera:plugins. Afaik there isn't a specific plugin folder.

Try deleting the history* files on Opera's profile folder.
