The WhatsApp notification has for two days light up red, as if there is an unread message, when there in fact isn't. This has not happened before.

Did you know that the message that Opera has blocked a site from showing you alerts, is just as annoying as the site itself asking you to show alerts?
Is there a setting to disable this pop-up dialogue for every site that wants to alert you altogether?
Does anyone ever want alerts from a website through a mobile browser?
Got some spam delivered to me today. I was a bit terrified because I have no extensions.
It appeared in the top right corner of Opera.

Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?
It says something like "draw a heart on valentine's day" and "show some heat today", and it's not written well, which also makes me think it's a scam.

Yeah, got it today again (still in badly typed Norwegian). It's really weird; I don't understand the thought process behind this kind of official(?) promotion which looks like pure spam.
@leocg Thank you, I found it. It's a temporary solution; it disappears when I disable/enable it but reappears the next time I start Opera.
@leocg Yes. My version is 78.0.4093.147, which it tells me is the latest.

@leocg My apologies, I thought I was using the latest version as Opera regurlarly self-updates.
I don't understand how I am to simply disable notifications. I can find no settings for this, apart from Notifications - Sounds/Desktop notifications, which are already disabled. The issue is the little red dot that appears next to the icon, which won't go away lately.

Auto-scroll is so thoroughly integrated into Windows that you can't really disable it.
I recommend Linux; a platform that seems intent on never integrating it.
Hello all
I have many bookmarks in Opera, but none show up when I select the Bookmarks 'panel' (Ctrl+Shift+B). Only a blank, black field appears.
My bookmarks in the 'bookmark bar' works as intended, but I wanted to organise my bookmarks.
My Opera version is 71.0.3770.228, on Windows 10 (64 bit)
