When I login to a local web page Opera does not ask of the user/pwd should be save. The "Offer to save passwords I enter on the web" option is checked. What else is needed to get the user/pwd saved?

Since the upgrade to Opera 49.0.2725.34 I can't play movies from zdf.de anymore. A bit lost now and would appreciate any help on getting this working. I can watch the movies using chrome fine.
