There's a competition of fan-created music, that's going to be the default one. There's a post here, explaining the music that's going to be added! I don't know about custom background music.

This extension would be neat to add as a sidebar feature or flashcard appearing in speed dial.

Currently, this extension isn't working as intended because of speed dial, but having compatibility would be nice!
