Opera and Chrome are different browsers with different feature sets. Using the same platform doesn't make different applications identical.

I look up "opera save session", the advice from opera.help.com says:
Could you elaborate on how you looked that up? The contents on help.opera.com is basically Opera's help files, and they are different for different versions. The right way to reach the site is from the "Help" menu. If you searched the web and opened a page on help.opera.com without checking which version it applies to you will of course risk being misled. -

Opera Developer supports high DPI displays, and it seems to think you have one. I think this is a known bug, but I'll forward it to our Linux people.
Edit: You can try using --force-device-scale-factor=1 on the command line to disable it.
