Actually I see 5 on Vivaldi and they look pretty normal,

Google Hangouts
Vivaldi Picture-In-Picture

But I'm not surprised Brave uses even less

I am moving to Vivaldi Browser. No problems with hidden extensions tehre.

Hi, let me put the question differently. I recently saw a list of "extensions" or whatever we can call them and I don't know how some of them got installed or what they do, but I want to remove them. Is there e directory where they reside or other option to remove them? I don't think most of them are useful at all to me.

Hidden extensions, that collect data from the websites you visit and that you can't disable, and you did not give permissions to install in the first place ???
