Symptoms: When I stream from discord I've tried the fixes like disable hardware acell in discord/opera gx, disable the Hardware acell for screenshare, turn off and on the experimental features for screen share and went to flags for opera and enabled/tried #h264-decoder-is-buffer-complete-frame, #enable-media-foundation-video-capture, #run-video-capture-service-in-browser, #d3d11-video-decoder, #enable-gpu-service-logging, #enable-vulkan, #enable-gpu-rasterization, #ignore-gpu-blocklist, #use-angle too Open GL, D3D11, D3D9, D3D11on12 most of the things I could find relating to some type of encoding or something and still leaves a black screen/frozen of the media player, but when you full screen it on YouTube or Twitch it's is still playable.
Q: Is there a way for me to allow the YouTube player or twitch player to be not black and play,

If I mess with the settings above I can get the screen to become frozen rather not black, but has eveything the same, ie frozen twitch chat for twitch but frozen player too
