@Operes it's also there for me. Are you able to paste and go via the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+V)?
no it just paste what's on my clipboard.
I'll put in for a (optional) cleanup on browser shutdown. Seems Opera acts a little funky when the cache gets fairly big after a day.
i have clear cache and history eraser in opera. i press the clear cache button every so often while browsing and when i'm going to exit opera i click and run history eraser.
OPR VPN is fantastic - and has been - from get go.
But current functionality is not - and it's been like this for 1.5 months!!!
you do know you contradicted yourself, right? plus it's been A LOT longer than a month and a half that the builtin vpn has had issues.
change your user name to this new install to what you had before and try you sync again, though it should make one bit of difference. now you said you reformatted, but you're still seeing you old info. that should not happen. sounds to me you just installed over the top of your previous install.
Unfortunately the OP wants to block the C: drive as well!
I don't know what OS we're talking about, but presumably a recent version of Windows.
Presumably he's locked out users from using Windows Explorer to access the drives, maybe that will stop browsers as well, I don't know.
he should be able to limit which folders can be used on c as well or set it up to revert back to it's original state when the user logs off. i suggest the op either goes to sevenforums, eightforums, or tenforums depending with os he's using and ask them.
you can't. with that said i suggest the following:
create a second profile just for them.
password protect you profile.
in there profile remove the drive letters for all drives / partitions except for c.
google how to lock them out of any settings, so they can't ad drive letters back
opera updated to 51, and now no more having to authorize every magnet link. perfect. thanks
add uBlock Plus Adblocker and create a custom list and disable opera's adblocker
bug report created and sent
agree we do need both features along with a built in session manager and a built in feature to ask if you want to restore your last session if opera crashes.
@gleason-fan There is no such option, maybe because regular people really don't care about it.
Anyway, you can always ask for such feature in the proper section of the forum. Most probably there should be a request for it already.
opera IS suppose to clear out all history on exit, but for some reason it get to a point where it doesn't close out completely so it hold on to at least some of your history. i've been using History Eraser with the setting seen in the screenshot links below.
correction i have ccleaner setup to clean opera on exiting opera, but somewhere along the line opera stopped exiting completely. rather than track down which addon was causing the issue i found and install History Eraser which fixed the issue.
yes it is truly annoying to have to check the box and click allow on EVERY magnet link i click on. out of firefox, cyberfox, chrome, opera, vavaldi opera is the only one that does not remember my choice. this issue has been brought up before and it's still hasn't been addressed and or fixed. on another note i came in here today to complain about still getting
You seem to have stumbled upon a page that does not exist. Return to the home page."
when trying to login here from chrome. as i said the last time it is tacky to block the login in other browsers. sorry for getting off topic.
Well, I was Extratorrent user I was shocked when head new about it. but I was also user of different user there are many best torrent alternative available you can check.
here is the extratorrent replacement in case you aren't aware of it.
torrents sites are not that safe days ,(not for user but for their self) most of the agancies are catching and blocking the torrent sites and the sites which are left now are not updates or don't have new movies, you better try the niche sites for movies
come back when you know what you're talking about. plenty of EXCELLENT, UPDATED, and SAFE torrent sites out there. your ENTIRE statement IS incorrect
Here 's An Automactic Opera Standard Window O'Yess
Can ne one do that, if so make vid and show proof ! lol
no, the vast majority of us are having issues with the vpn, so no we're not providing proof to someone that thinks he's funny when he's not.
@chuchkyschild I have already installed history eraser and privacy cleaner, what I intend is that it is possible, when closing the browser, that automatically all history, cookies, downloads, etc, be completely erased, without it being necessary for the effect to always have to use the privacy cleaner.
In Firefox this option exists and you do not need to install anything.
firefox really is no better at cleaning than opera is. i have a extension in firefox to clean on exit.
Looks like your connection to Opera forums was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
