I am trying to delete a site password as I have changed it and want the correct one to appear. Trying to view or delete anything in the password settings keeps asking for the computer master password. However, the password and or id are not recognised, even though I know they are correct. I have tried search for an answer but it seems this is a know fault. Is there any idea if (when) this issues is going to be fixed. I tried to reply to a similar post, that was posted yesterday, but that post was locked with no replies at all.
Does the locking of a post mean the developers are not answering questions about this problem? from all the posts I've read we need a definitive answer.
By the way I had to log on to this forum via my facebook account because it didn't recognise log details, kind of ironic really as I was trying to log on for help with logging on

I wonder if anyone could give me some advice please. I am getting a lot of 360 videos appearing on facebook but whenever I try to play them, I get a message say 360 video not supported in this browser. How do I get Opera to use HTML5 rather than flash to play these videos.

I am using
Version: 42.0.2393.517

System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Any help or advice would be very helpful (the plainer the language the better)

Thanks for the reply, I am not sure nor do I want to know what NPAPI or PPAPI are. I want my browser to work and to do the job I want. The Chrome pdf reader is not what I want, although I can understand some people seem to prefer it. While I agree Adobe need to make an effort, I also think Opera need to listen to what people are asking for and make an effort themselves.

Even if NPAPI is not being supported, in my opinion Opera should at least try and help those of us that still want to use Abode and the Opera browser.

After 6+years of using Opera I'm afraid it's time for me to change to a browser that gives me the functions I want and not what it think I want/need. So it's a fond farewell to Opera I'm afraid.

Just seen your reply, I'm located in the UK and yes I do use turbo. However, I am now going to stop using Opera because it no longer supports Acrobat reader which I use a lot and I don like the chrome pdf reader. It is too restrictive so after 6+ years I'm bidding farewell to Opera

is there an official response from Opera about Acrobat pdf reader and whether they working on including it in the next update? or have they decided not to even bother? I would like to know so I can switch my browser (which I really don't want to do) if they have no intention of supporting it in the very near future. At the moment I am switching between browsers which isn't very practical as passwords etc either have to be retyped each time or I have to give permission for firefox to save them. I like using Opera as my main browser, storing passwords and form info, and use Firefox if I need to keep my details hidden so it is set up to open in a private tab.

I have to say I do not like the Chrome PDF reader and if Opera do not intend to allow the Acrobat reader to be used then I will have to switch to a different browser. It is a shame because I have used Opera for over 5 years and until now found it to be the best available browser, supported by most developers and websites. Opera need to issue a statement to say whether they are going to support Acrobat reader or not. Although I'm not happy about it, I would be willing to wait a short time before beginning the tedious task of switching, but Opera needs to tell us, its users what is going on.

I wonder if anyone can help tell me how I use a custom search engine please. I have added Google Scholar to the search engine options in my settings and it is showing up as a tab on the search/address bar. However, when I try to use it I get a message saying 'DNS address could not be found'

The address I have added for Google Scholar is http://scholar.google.co.uk and I think this might be the problem. Can anyone advise me on what address I should use for Google Scholar.

I wonder if anyone can tell me if it is possible to print a password list. I have used the saved password function and would like to check, delete unused ones and use some of the passwords in a different browser, mainly because some sites do not support Opera.

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and am using version 31.0.1889.174 of Opera. My machine is Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64).

I have tried to print them but can only manage to print a few, is there anyway to print the entire list in one go?
