same problem here...can't resize...please fix..

@leocg when the resize cursor appears on the pop-out video and you try to resize it; it doesn't do anything....also every time i want to use this feature, the standard size of the pop-out video becomes smaller...Here is an gif explaining the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g21cm8f1gvdeujw/opera.gif?dl=0

@leocg: But it's faster to access recently closed tabs where it was and was a more useful button.
