I installed another set of windows updates and it seems that Opera is back to working as expected

Hello
Yesterday my PC had done some windows10 updates, and this morning when i started Opera all of my tabs showed this kind of error page.
I had already tried reinstalling, deep cleaning with revo uninstaller, tried beta version of opera, but it's always the same problem.I would be grateful for any help on this, as I like Opera too much to switch back to chrome/firefox
