I right clicked on it and no menu pops up

I have a 2nd side bar now and I can not get it to go away. Look at the photo. It is the one marked 2. Please help it is annoying.

Hi, a while ago I uploaded my own image to make as a background for opera. Since then I have lost the file on my computer but its still in Opera and I need the file. Is there any way to find it in operas files? Thanks.
