Im on 30.0.1835.26. And sometimes websites refuse to load. Only thing i can do then is restarting Opera. It must be related to Opera because i can still use Internet Explorer while Opera keeps loading and loading.

I use ublock now, works fine.

To test this possibility take your computer to some other location's wifi such as a friend or coffee house with free wifi and see if the problem is still there.
