<![CDATA[Size limit for Opera mail files?]]>Is there a size limit for Opera mail files? Are the opera mail files limited to 4Gb (more or less) like the Thunderbir/Seamonkey ones?

Opera Mail uses 64-bit file pointers everywhere, so as long as your file system can handle it I think you'll be fine.

If you're using NTFS for your file system, each file can be bigger than 4Gb. Just not sure if Opera will handle it.

By default, Opera stores each email in a separate file. So, unless you have a single email that's 4GB in size, you don't have to worry there. omailbase.dat and the files in the "indexer" and "lexicon" folders might get that big though, but I don't remember if anyone has run into any problems.
