issue:three speed dial Folders would be have by three computer ID in cloud if i
reinstall the computer three times,then i have to delete two computer ID because them would not gonna be used any more
Especially it would make some droubles when i use lastest android opera
recommend:1.allow us to delete the advice id what would not gonna be used
2.allow us to adjust the order (donot need to sync)
