<p dir="auto">I heard with Firefox and Thunderbird you can do the thing you say, Threatdown, switching between different operating systems (I did it with Firefox and Thunderbird between different distros), but not with Chromium browsers.</p>

<p dir="auto">Copying the "Login Data" and "Login Data-journal" files from %appdata%/Opera Software/Opera [Channel] worked for me to transfer saved logins when I reinstalled windows (and to transfer them from opera stable to opera dev).</p>
<p dir="auto">Not sure if it works when transferring between different OS's though (e.g. windows to osx)</p>
