Please give us option to work it as in opera 29 - just to cycle tabs. Why I have to preview miniaturized page, when I had whole page? I don't get it.

They must have broken something while Opera Update process. Or... they planning to replace CTRL+TAB with new ones?

CTRL+TAB is not working anymore. Opera beta 30.0.1835.26. Both on Windows 7 and 8.

Settings > Shortcuts > Configure shortcuts > reset all.

If so its easily turned off in the preferences. (Opera > Settings | User Interface > uncheck the box for 'cycle tabs in most recently used order')
