<p dir="auto">I filed a bug report 38053.  The page does look correct in Chrome however.  I did not see this bug posted on the forums, at least not in English, so I am posting it here.</p>

I turned off Chrome pdf viewer and turned on Adobe pdf viewer and I was able to view the file again.</p>

I resolved the issue by disabling Chrome pdf viewer.  This no longer appears necessary.  The problem was present in Opera Stable, Beta, and Developer.  The issue did not occur in all pdfs, but only certain ones, which is why I gave the example link.  The issue seemed to start with the new pdf interface that recently became available.</p>
