<![CDATA[How to turn off speed dial in opera website browser?]]>Hello I am new to the community so please try to be kind, I am looking for advice on how to turn off speed dial in the latest Opera website browser, it's very frustrating and I wish to have the freedom to change the default start page to my default search engine.

When I click a new tab I wish to open a tab that simply has google everytime.

  • open settings (Alt+P)
  • right on top in the "On startup"-section choose the 3rd option ("Open a specific page...")
  • click "Set pages" and enter any page you want 😉
